2/3rds of the way through my Qi Gong teacher training. Qi Gong is over 5,000 years old, and is a form of self healing exercise that comes from China, it means ‘energy work’. It is an exercise the NHS endorse, for the multiple health benefits it provides. My first class teaching the elderly is in a few weeks time, and despite my son groaning “oh God...” when I told him, I can’t wait to start teaching them, and children, this extraordinary practice.
Our last island for the trip, Agistri was a small and quiet one. Walked about 2km along the coast one-way to a church only to find most of the shops and the church closed. Still a scenic walk, despite the slightly gloomy skies and saw several Hydrofoils on the way too. Ended off our last evening going to our finale party in our bedsheets because we ran out of clean and dry clothes. 🤷🏻♀️ #medsailors#medsailorsgreece
Salute the sun that gives us life. Then salute yourself for being you and think of two things that are your own superpower 🦸🏼♀️ and take them with you throughout the day. And if you live in Sweden and the sun refuses to show itself 😂 make a fire and a warm cup of coffee and salute the caffeine bringing you to life 😉🙈 Have a lovely Saturday!
