I have a super early flight tomorrow morning but I’m still here at the gym at almost 9pm putting in the work. If this challenge has taught me anything thus far it’s that if you make up your mind to do something, you will find the time to do it. after my knee was killing me for almost a month , my squats are back to 285lbs(5lbs little plates are hiding, once I was editing my videos I notice that you cant see them 🙄)..🥳 I feel like I was ready for 295lbs..but last time i tried to squat 295lbs i failed and i think thats where my knee pain started. .and i was going to ask someone to spot me but no one was around...so I just decided to take it easy and perhaps next time I'm ready for it... - - - - - - - - - ...
