There was a lot of joy at the opening of 'The joy of pinball'. Thanks for coming and creating such a great vibe. Special thanks to @victor_holder_rodriguez for being such a great host and @kaijubeer for their very generous supply of beer and cider. It's running until 23rd October, so if you missed it get down and check it out. #openingnight#exhibition

“Heartbroken I’ll Never Know You No2” Paint on Canvas 2019 (From the Artist about this series) "To me these are by far my most important pieces to date. Every color deliberate, every stroke filled with pain, sadness, guilt, and wonder. It’s a small little jam which represents a lot in itself..." #melacrevolg#artist
Colour, Line and Texture. My powerhouse trio in the studio 💪❤💛 I do love the slow nature of this work. Waiting for each layer to dry in preparation for the next. And I'm particularly enjoying working the line detail back into this one. This is a teaser work-in-progress crop of a Monogram for a loved up little person. What started as an idea for a gift in the wee hours of a blurry morning when Theo was a newborn is beginning to take on a life of it's own. Thank you, thank you 🙌 to those who have been in ...
[56/100] Land and Sea Another week another colour scheme 🤗 I’ve got a sick bubba over here, needs lots of cuddles and kisses so my focus is with her today bit managed to have a quick play ❤️ Hope you all enjoy your Monday 🌻❤️🐝 x

Not my usual colour palette... but still beautiful none the less 💕 Private commission, not for sale. What bird do you think this is? I’ll give you a hint.... sometimes they unzip the kids lunchboxes at school and steal their food... sneaky little buggers!
Day 14 of #inktober2019 is overgrown. And when I think of overgrown, I think of our willow tree. It’s HUGE. It makes this one look like a baby! But we love it, it’s home to our resident squirrel (Cyril), we have birds nesting in it, we light it up at Christmas and when little man is big enough, it’ll also be perfect for climbing!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #inktoberchallenge
Day 29/100 “Distribution Factor” Acrylic featuring gold on paper. #workinprogress . . I’m committing to working with minimal palette 🎨when on paper. This piece has a lot of thought and feeling built in. Returning to a love for the sciences... . Sometimes, we sense that there needs to be some adjustment from within—external factors usually catalyze this. I look forward to evolution of self; I love knowing that I’ve improved either in my personal life, relationships, professional and creative life, etc. It may not always be comfortable, but a stronger, happier “me” is always worth it at ...
35:49 This morning I went with Zain and his @kids4peaceboston friends to add a roof to a sukkah in preparation for the Jewish observance of Sukkot. The roof is made from a series of branches loosely placed so while you are in the sukkah you can see the stars above. So it inspired a peekaboo page. #gmseasonofhabit
Getting some 12x12 paintings on panel and paper framed up for my Open Studio next weekend. Nothing like a deadline to get some of the work I have in my drawers framed up and ready to share. . . #openstudio#artforsale
I’d put this work (from earlier in the year) in storage and haven’t really looked at it for a good few months. It seemed a bit heavy and didn’t “fit” with my current work. Or so I thought 📍Now, back in my studio, it seems there is some imagery implanted on my brain (heart/soul) that must come out (is independent of my will) and I can only see that now (upside down and all). Reminds me to put work away and bring it out again at a later date. So, I might just go grab a coffee and think ...
These are my tools of the trade without them I’d be lost each one has something it’s good at that’s individual even. Even the ones that were the same when I bought a bunch of them have changed differently over time and now have their own specialisation. I love what these enable me to do!
This Jar Vase is feeling a bit lonely as it's the only one left on my online shop. It's still on sale with 50% off at £17.50 plus p+p- bargain!! There is nothing wrong with the vase, it's just a slightly older design, and I'm making way for new pieces. You can browse all vases on sale by following the link in my bio ☝😁 . . . #handmadeceramics#ceramics
Metamorphosis is a term known to almost everyone. For uninitiated, it is a process during which, a total and somehow completely unrelatable form is born out of a previously familiar and undifferentiated form, and that, in a relatively short span of time. In most examples of such radical change in the natural world, this movement happens from inside toward out. As the old membrane, cannot sustain the inner need for growth and expansion, there would be no other way left for it but to give in. Perhaps we could see instances of metamorphosis both in miniscule as well as in ...
Day 45/100 “Plans Like Water” #workinprogress . Nothing is but right now. The future is theory. Maybe a nice theory, but only this moment exists. Mastery of being fluid, is probably the most perfect posture we can have in life.🌿🌊 . 🍊✍🏼Closing my eyes with direction, but equally with open hands 🤲🏼. Pouring myself into now—receiving now. . . . . . . . . . . #wip @arch_freaks
